A First Chapter Ends

Rather than me writing about how I think the subject experienced his first week of intense hypnosis and listing another session, I asked him to create a little write up.

I'm very grateful he did because it not only gives an honest report from his point of view but provides very interesting feedback for all tists out there to use.

Well, I’ve been asked to write something about my experiences in the last ten days and I’ll be honest; a lot of it was just a blur to me. It was intense and very taxing on me mentally trying to juggle all of the suggestions and triggers at once. Mostly I’m going to focus on the last two days because those were the most intense and because I really feel like they were the cusp of the process I went through. The first few days were excellent, but in retrospect, they really felt more like practice sessions for the real deal which was the last couple of days.

The sensations I felt while under the effects of the suggestions were incredible and the way I was brought so deeply into trance was well worth it. I think that having so much going on at once helped me go deeper than I ever would have if I had taken it slow. Granted, at times I felt like I was play-acting the suggestions consciously, but the more I played along, the more they became automatic and soon enough, I would find them behaving like they were intended to… for the most part.

At times the suggestions would slip in and out of effect. For example, the suggestion that had me turn into a girl was very effective from my point of view, but I found that I needed to give it a conscious shove in the right direction at first and even after it had been in effect for a day, I found parts of the illusion were slipping. The first day, the breasts were strongly there. I could feel them, I could almost see them, but I couldn’t get the vagina at all until late in the day when I started to get a small inkling of the illusion. On day two, the vagina finally came into focus and it was strong all day, but the breast illusion all but disappeared. When I thought about them actively, I could feel a little tingle and a tiny shift in the perceived weight of my chest, but nothing more. The clit vibrator suggestion was similar in this sense. When I concentrated on it, I would feel it, but otherwise it would just slip away and I wouldn’t even notice that it was gone until I thought about it again. I attribute a lot of this to the fact that my brain was juggling a lot of information at once.

I found that toward the end of the tenth day, I was getting more and more prone to headaches and often, being triggered by anything would be accompanied by a headache or the increase in intensity of a previously existing headache. But despite the headaches, I still found myself enjoying it immensely.

If I had to make recommendations to anyone attempting something similar, I would definitely say that you should go for intensity like we did. Establish the deep trance by repetition as quickly as possible; stretch the mind so that it can accept new programming and then take a short break after. A lot of what put me so deep is that my brain was trying to process so much at once that it tired out my conscious mind and forced it into dormancy during hypnosis.

As for the hypnotist side of things, I would say that there’s only one thing I can say to hypnotists to help with giving suggestions, because every subject is different, so my own experience may not apply. The one thing I noticed that I think is universal though, is that suggestions where you are told to feel something as part of the suggestion, work much better if the subject is told to imagine how it feels in full detail while they’re under. There was a file that I was told to use during the last two days that used this technique and it stuck faster than any of my other suggestions. Not only did it stick better, but the associated feelings it generated are much stronger. Not only that, it only took one listening to get it to work. So for all you hypnotists out there, that is what I recommend; have your subject experience the trigger while under and then associate not the thought behind the trigger, but the feeling behind the trigger.

And Then We Go Really Deep

The next session we continue working on going deeper and strengthening the 'girl' trigger... with very interesting results.
